128x128 is the cheapest you will find as far as I know.

Im sure you could buy the textures. But as far as i know. To use the sets you need to buy a 128x128

Unfortunately, 128x128 is the lowest resolution texture available on the market as of today. Don't buy textures from the shop, buy them from the market because people will mark down the price, making it cheaper to buy.

You can always get more TC by buying an in-game booster, or making textures yourself and selling them on the forum; people are always looking for a new head or set.

But a guy offered me to buy 64x64 for 12k earlier this week, tho I didn't have the money so I refused. So is it possible the guy had 64x64 textures which are no longer available for us?

Nope, he was either really stupid, mistook 128x128 for 64x64, or tried to scam you, because a 128x128 set is worth at least 20k

64x64 textures does not exist.

128x128 Full Texture set is about 30k - 35k in market today.
256x256 Full Texture set is about 90k - 130k in market today.
512x512 Full Texture set is about 190k - 300k in market today.
