Default settings.

-Hold all
-Right rotating/bending chest/lumbar
-Raise shoulders (THERE YOU GO EVERYONE!)
-Right hand grabby

-Space x 7

-Lowering right shoulder

-Space x 8

-Contract knees

-Space x 4

-Raise right shoulder

Space away and watch your armless opponent get slammed.

doesn't work.

tried alternating which hand you mean for grabby (didn't make sense to grab your own arse), no slam. just look silly squating infront of him holding his arm as he falls on you
