ummm, that was a triple dismember as well and mine wasn't grabby, i just grabbed the pec after the dismember.
Also, all of my dismembers were in a single frame.

I did, look at this.

EDIT: Disregard this post, I fail. I did not see that the chest was dismembered after the kick.
