Probably have a compatibility issue, what OS do you run? How much ram? Are ALL of your drivers up to date?
Try R clicking on Rust in steam > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity Of Game Content
Aimlessly swimming in circumcisions
Might update to Oxide 2 with extensive plugins, but for now I'm keeping the server base vanilla. It's been fun so far, and everything's finally set up.
