In-game friend list
A in-game friend list would be good for those who dont use steam . Also it should show in which room the player is playing on.

It already exists. It is called the Buddy List and I believe you bring it up using Ctrl + B. To add someone to your buddy list, use /ab <username> (I think that is the command for it)
