How to do an awesome decap...
Remember that decap move that you had to do in the tutorial? Well, this one's a lot like it, but BETTER! This decap move is WAAY stronger than the tutorial move and it looks WAAY more awesome! Here are the instructions:
Set everything normally... Matchframes: 500, Turnframes: 10... etc.
First, raise both shoulders and extend both glutes
Press space until you're at 450 frames...
Then, contract both pecs, contract both glutes, and extend both hips...
Press space until you're at 430 frames...
Then, lower both shoulders, and contract both hips...
Press P!
and that's all...
