No, permabanned people are as the name states: PERMAbanned
PERMAbanned
Red= Permadent
Perma is the short version of Permadent, meaning that there is no returning after being permabanned, if you make an alt. account and someone finds out, you will most likely be Re-Permabanned, which can easily be found my checking the BlackList of which holds IP's of banned people, Ip's are the serial code of your enternet router..

eh, yeah, Perma actually means Permanent, not Permadent.
