To get a server, you either have to pay 150,000 credits for a personal server or 50,000 credits for a clan server. Your clan must be official to get a server though.

Hmm, that was mentioned before!!!

And for the second question: Other people? The CLANS? Which are OFFICIAL servers? Well, the machines running those servers are maintained by... NABI! Hilarious stuff. You could've read that they were clanservers before as well.

There seems to be almost no limit to ignorance and stupidity sometimes.
