in a few days or some I host a LAN party.
We want to play together through the internet and I have one router/internet source.
Is that possible without getting multiclient issues ?

As far as I know you can multi client without getting the (MC) next to your name anymore. If you do, you can still safely multi client in any private server as that's not against the rules.

You won't get MC sign if you're all going to use a Steam version of the game (unless you're also going to use same Steam account).
Otherwise yeah, you're fine to multiclient in a private room.
