160g of proteins is too much for any person ...
i think that normal dose is 60g per day ...
i still recommend moving yourself rather than dropping food ...
You may want to rethink what you know about bodybuilding if you think you can sub-8% body fat for a competition using only exercise and building muscle with 60g of protein per day whilst lifting. Good luck.
