Just look inside at the red square. it shows that im pinging to much, How i cant fix this?



It Shows something between the 180 - 220 ms (ping) , normaly the ping rate is in 30 - 50ish.

This happened when i repaired the internet some weeks ago.

Plug directly in to the ethernet cable that would otherwise go to your router, and test.

Connect it to your router via Ethernet. Ping it using the wired connection. If it still hovers around that range, it's your internet connection. You can try to port-forward your router, or (if you have one configured) disable any proxies that you might have. Proxies tend to kill off your latency, and some companies preconfigure the gateway to use one.

Yeah, just get used to it and dont complain. I'm stuck with satellite internet, over 9000 ping here.

Plug your Ethernet cable into your modem or router. Check for any viruses that might be clogging up your network.

Contact your service provider if all else fails
