Sometimes the daily quest just keeps saying 'timeout error restart or go online'
While I'm perfectly connected and after I restart. Should've been getting the Shiai Token today but ended up back at the start.
Moved to Tech support, S&I wasn't the appropriate place.
When did you try claiming the reward, was it within 30 minutes after you launched your game client or did you play some SP first? You get this error when attempting to claim the reward once the 30-minute gap after your latest ingame login (when you launch the client while connected to internet or join a MP room).
Adding TC/ST you missed to your account now.
I think I did try to claim after login and sorry this definitely a better place for it
