i was on toribash and i saved a couple replays.they didnt appear in game but they were in the toribash folder. does anyone have any ideas about what couldve happened ?o.0

Try moving every other reply from there, check if that shows up like that.
If not then move it then reput it in there, and if that wont work either then reinstall toribash and replace the replay in your replays folder.

Well, if they are auto-saved replays, they go to the autosave folder, so that's probably where you will find them.
If you want them to appear in the replays list in-game, you have to copy them to your replays folder.
