Who can make events?
Hey I wanted to make a Quick Event to benefit me and the community. Can I do that? Or is it entitled to GM's?

Also make sure you have it all planned, prizes are decent and its something people would want to participate in.
Also dont try and make profit, if you make it so they pay to participate, dont use that tc for yourself.
