Texture joints broken with shaders off
With shading turned off joint textures seem to be broken:

Hey man, I think it's a bug for your current toribash version, what version are you using? If you are on the newest version, try changing your settings to a higher graphic setting.

Download the newest Toribash version here: https://cache.toribash.com/Toribash-5.14-Setup.exe

UPDATE: Seems like a known bug, although there is no indication of when/if this will be fixed:
