I'd like to suggest a subform with the rules clearly stated for each section of the forum, it'd be a lot easier to locate and read, rather than having to search the whole forum to find specific rules.

I think this would decrease the amount of rules broken by new players etc.

Each section has its own rules written in a thread in stickies, for other rules we have FAQ http://forum.toribash.com/forumdisplay.php?f=62 which is exactly what you are asking for.
