Toribash Recording
Recording Toribash
Essentials
Microphone (If Commentating) I personally use the Blue Yeti Or the
Razer Siren Pro (You can also use headset mics etc...)
Toribash (you can use steam or the regular download/version of Toribash)
Recording Software (Fraps & OBS)
Audio Recorder (recommended for Fraps) Audacity
Editing Software SonyVegasPro13 or AfterEffects (recommended)

Fraps
Now traditionally I use the default settings for fraps but there
are a few settings that can further help your video, for instance
you want to upload in 60fps you would simply go to capture settings
and click on 60 fps or your preffered (these settings are accessed by
clicking the movies tab located at the top of fraps)

Settings for Fraps

OBS
Video On How to set up OBS (p.s. you only need obs if your recording
videos about forums like tuts etc...)
https://youtu.be/i_qQpdQmNjM

As far as recording toribash just fullscreen hit record and play away.

P.S. I know there is a tut for this but this is how I record my vid's
and my preferences on recording options

HI MOOOOOM
There's no way to record the game in higher than ~60fps tho?
Higher fps would be great for cinematics and smoother slow motions

you can enter whatever fps you want on the menu in the movies section of fraps settings

Whether your fraps will do it or not depends on your processor and hard drive speed

[Evil] is recruiting!

<DesiTwist> terty plays tb with the ghost turned off, uke turned off and uses that mouse with the ball in it
Can you give me a list of other microphones I can get? I need something actually good.
I think I might be retired.

but isn't toribash forced to run ~60fps, so would that actually work? Since for example in csgo you have to set the "hostframerate" which adjusts in which framerate the game is being recorded, this usually causes the game to seem like it is in slowmotion when recording and it adjusts your games fps too if I remember right

you don't need audacity

you can do this although if you do the audio is shit soon im making a more in depth tut on how to do this and i'll put it in this thread its gonna be on how to put everything together. Once i make that tut there would be no reason not to use audacity if you want good quality.

You can put higher than 60 fps in fraps by simply going to the bottom of the
video capture settings and entering a preferred fps

HI MOOOOOM
So even though toribash is forced with running 60fps if you higher the fps in fraps it will work?
Darkness teaches you to appreciate the Light!
Well it will run the recording as high as the game thats with any recorder.
