So not sure if anyone else is experiencing or if its only me, but as of late I cannot move any of my clan members to any clan ranks/positions. The previously established drag and drop feature seems to be gone in general and nothing else works. Any idea on how to fix this?

It's probably because there is an active clan war going on. You need to complete it to do any clan management things.

Nope, but nevermind i resolved it myself, it had to do with my mouse drivers.
