Here are a few things you can try
Make sure you have write/read permissions where the game is installed
Run the game as administrator
Try steam version

Tried this but don't work. But i have find how to if anyone have the same problem and like me these things don't work go on a random server with your alt and writte in the tchat
/login (name of your alt) (password of your alt)
and then go in SETUP and then in LOGIN and login nromaly in your main and normaly it will work .
