But like the others said, pretty unfluid and in one frame the ellbow is like an edge and in the next one it's a bit more round... But it's not that bad.

It would be fluid,but it's only animated one-way.Once the hip reaches the right the animation restarts.

What needs to happen is when it reaches the right is it needs to move back again.You might be able to get away with mirroring it for that.

This also reminds me that i need to fix the speed of my avatar.

You need to fix the gif, that's only a move. Copy the other frames, and paste them into new frames. And she will move fluid,
