So today i bought all joint textures and both of my activated pec textures arent working at all, while the rest of my textures are working.

Type /DL BumbleBurke, wait for the download to complete, then type /LP 0 BumbleBurke.

I've downloaded your character and saw that your custom folder lacks j_l_pecs and j_r_pecs, which means the textures you uploaded onto the left and right pecs didn't register.

Reupload the files to the pecs and see how that goes.
If that doesn't work, redownload the file from its source, and then upload.

There is a difference between pec and pecs joint. You don't have pecs joint texture items in your inventory, of course they won't load.
