Finish this off.
I was messing about and found this out (Pretty fun)

1. Hold all
2. Contract Both Pecs
3. Extend Abs
4. Grip Both hands
5. Space 2 (Hands on head)
6. Contract Knees
7. Contract Elbows
8. Contract Hips
9. Contract Abs

It gets you in a good position to do alot of things. Post your addition as well as the steps here!

Well, it's nothing fancy... get's you a decap though.

Complete your instructions, then follow up immediatly with mine.

Extend both glutes
[space x2]
Extend both knees
Contrace both glutes
[space x2]
Lower both shoulders
Contract both knees
Extend both hips
[space x2]
Extend both knees
Extend both glutes
Raise both shoulders
[space x2]
Let go of hands
Extend both pecs

Follow up as you will, if theres a follow up possible at all.
Also, it may be neccesary to extend the timelimit to 700 instead of 500, not sure.

1. How I ended it, ripping the chap in half.

2. An alternate start that lead to a three-piece split.
