mIRC you say?

Tools> Address Book> click the "highlight tab"

click "Add" type in the word and make sure case sensitive is OFF. Now just add the sound and color to your likings

Nononon, some misunderstanding: I've managed to find only about mIRC. Actually, I'm using the client that is on site. I should download the client, shouldn't I?

Yeah, I only don't like erthtkv2 because of the mod's name. Make it "tkv2," and the mod will instantly become more popular. This is a valid reason as the name of the mod is still an important feature that no one seems to have yet discussed.
