I already spoke to Orko about this.

I shall give an example. Say there is 15 matches to be played for a win. (I don't know the exact amount) - And TGS wins 8 of them while the other team has 3-4 wins or something. There are still some games left and there is no possible way for the other team to win. So we will use this time to allow some players who are not competing to play their games. So everyone SHOULD get an item.
