I'm Maxinik03 and i'm using an alt-account due to that i forgot what's the mail of previous account. So, i have a problem: I installed Windows 8 on my new PC(can't upgrade it to 10th due to technical stats), and i downloaded Toribash 5.02 on here. When i logged in, i had minimum settings set as default and i couldn't change anything from it, but resolution, which was 1440/720. Somehow, even at these settings(minimum, without Lower Frame Rate Cap being ticked) i have 19-21 fps, which, you know, is very low for most of us. If someone know how to fix it, write down how do i do it, thank you. If you guys need any additional info, ask for it, i'll write it down.

you can try installing the latest graphic drviers

you can find them online, google it e.g "nvidia 9374 drivers" or whatever graphics u have

if you don't know what to google, you can find out by pressing windows key + r, then typing "dxdiag". under the display tab it should show you
