Isn't this just the nubsmash from the turorial with very small changes?
I'd suggest choosing moves which leave you less exposed. A simple clap would be enough to rip off both arms, probs.

I know a great newbie move
State: Decap
Level: Newbie
Difficulty of Preformance: 1 of 10
Instructions:
1. Hold all joints (c)
2. Contract Pecs, then raise shoulders
3. Space till arms side by side, then lower shoulders
4. Head comes off
5. You have just sucessfully decaped a noob
XD try it on uke in free play first before you try it on anybody. You know, to get used to it. And Uke will end up like this:
