You'll need to buy a new graphics card to run shaders.

Message to ID: Half-Life 2 is a lot harder to run then Toribash on shaders. If you can actually run HL2 at 50fps, you'll most likely be able to run shaders. Make sure the "shaders" box is checkmarked in the options menu on the Toribash main screen. If that doesn't work, either you're miscalulating how fast HL2 is running, or your computer isn't compatible enough for shaders.

Closing this thread, since it's getting less and less productive.
