512 body and joints
So joints are obviously a lot harder to attain than the body and cost a lot more through the shop and market. Why are they only "selling" for 100k -150k more

It all depends on the market value. People try and out do each other on the market by buying lower and selling higher. This competition to make a profit can drive the final the price of the item lower over time.

Also the quantity of items available on the market dictates price as well.

Market prices fluctuate all the time, there are a number of factors that play into the price.

Many factors go into this, including what terty mentioned, but also there aren't many people that have or care about joint textures. Most people prefer forces and relaxes rather than joint textures, and there aren't whole lot of art sets that come with joints. Overall demand is just much lower than for body textures.
