Can anyone please tell me the difference of load and quick load?
i have been thinking about this a lot and it has been bothering me
i can't quite tell the difference because both seem to do just the same

if you open with quick load you have to let the replay play a few times before you can change the speed of the replay
if you open with load you can change the speed of the replay at the start

replay cache stuff

when you click load, toribash looks through the replay before playing it

wow okay, so basically the load option watches and reviews the replay before i watch it, allowing me to do stuff quick load would have taken several times replaying the replay to have full access to the replay(?)
anyways, thanks for answering this question , it got more technical than i imagined, at least now i know it wouldn't damage my things if i quick load too much.
