Mods are already in toribash ctrl+m to see them.

you need to just put mods and replays and whatev else you want in a proper folder... there are installers I think... though Man On Fire Films (MOFF) made a nice tutorial on mod installing, just search on YT... 
How I install mods:
I make a new notepad
I copy the rules from the mod I want
I paste it on the notepad
I save it with the name of the mod
And finally I put the notepad in Toribash\data\mods\
