Did you use the Download zip file version?
And after you downloaded it, did you unzip it, you can do that with programs such as WinRAR, winzip or peazip. So make sure you've put a .dll file in the toribash folder, instead of a .zip file.

If you did that, and it still doesn't work, try doing the same with this file: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dl...shtml?MSVCP110
Alot of people get this error with both, the MSVCP120 and the MSVCP110 file.
