Weird Contest
I have composed the following single player opener
Hold all
Extend pecs
Extend elbows
Contract Wrists
Contract left knee
Contract left ankle
Extend left hip
Relax right hip
extend abs
Raise left shoulder
Lower right shoulder
Space x6
So far, this is the most horribly useless opener I have ever composed. The contest is, make the coolest replay out of this useless position.
Oh yes, i've included a replay of the position incase you want to see what this position looks like

You didn't post the correct instructions, ´for example you didn't say what to do with shoulders

If the TC has not mentioned a prize for the replay, there will most likely not be a prize, so stop asking.
