It means that dude can't enter that server because:

a) His belt doesn't match the requirement of that server
b) He didn't login correctly.


Well I think it's that.

Just to back up gel0, that is true.

Some people use the /login username password format.

If they get the password or username wrong, it assigns them a PlayerID, it's nothing to worry about.
