I don't play much yeah looking to play with new people.

Also I am thinking about getting the new Xbox One Scorpion or whatever that one is called but I don't really play xbox enough to be sure if it would be a waste or not. I n mean i am not one to care much about graphics or anything like that.

I play Elite: Dangerous, a space simulator. It's a grindy game with an awesome endgame though. I love it.

Supposedly the Scorpio is a lot better than the regular Xbox One.

The Xbox One S has a marginal increase in power over the Xbox One. The concept is for it to run 4k video playback and upscale video games to 4k somewhat.

If you don't care about graphics, then don't bother. And even then, maybe don't.
