Ok, so I installed Toribash 3.84 beta 3, and suddenly, on 3.84 AND 3.8 I can run shaders, before this, I was told my graphics card couldn't run shaders because of it's chipset family. Any ideas whats happening?

Probably updated drivers, or something simmilar.

4500's are more than capable of shaders. GL 2.0 support & mode 4 shaders.

Intel stuff is very driver dependant so it looks like you've got lucky. ;)

BTW over a gig of memory on it?!?! I'd get that cut down to 512meg, anything above that's going to waste with the chip.
