About fl0w.
Although we are quite 'multi-mod', [fl0w] is primarily a
wushu clan. So this is our main mod, and we enjoy it. Our clan is based on friendship, so people here know each other pretty well. We are a relaxed clan, so basically we just enjoy the game together. Our clan was founded by ex-H&&& members for more freedom in decision making.
Clan policy.
1. General policy.
1.1. Our main mod is wushu. Our style is improvisation.
1.2. We play fair way, no matter what the mod is.
1.3. We value a sense of humour along with social skills.
1.4. We are not wushu robots.
2. Clan members policy.
2.1. Our clan was founded by the whole
ex-H&&& clan members ⁽¹⁾ and we all are equal.
2.2. We are all loyal to our clan and try our best to make it a better place.
2.3. Any tori-clan.php rank/clan-board-moderator position is chosen by the simple principle of using it for the benefit of the clan.
2.4. People who are getting inactive should post on inactivity thread. Every inactive member will get removed from toriclan member page, but will stay on clan member list on forums, until he/she becomes active again. This rule applies to everyone, and this rule is created for the sake of the tori-clan system.
3. Decision making policy.
3.1. We are a democratic clan.
3.2. We vote when we are making decisions. And consider every vote and every suggestion.
3.3. It happens that some rare decisions are made without the consideration of all clan members. For the clan's sake...
3.4. If something goes wrong talk to snake, William, or Deuteria... We're always open to ideas/suggestions, and yes we admit in making mistakes sometimes.
4. Recruiting policy.
4.1. People who are getting recruited/invited must be
good in wushu.⁽²⁾
4.2. Age 16 or above is recommended. Though we make exceptions for those who deserve it.
4.3. Our clan is a group of friends. No matter how good a person is as a player, he cannot join if he has conflicts with even a single clan member.
4.4. We care about the skill of our members, but we care about personality over anything else. There is no place for annoying, immature people who rage at everything. Quarrels with anyone in or out of the clan are not well thought of.
4.5. Last word about applications goes to snake, William, and Smogard49.
5. Clan board moderating policy.
5.1. We try keeping a minimal amount of 'stickied' threads. Therefore 'stickied' threads must be useful, necessary, and or active.
5.2. Any random thread by invaders may go to the
scrapyard after, or without a reply from one or more of our members - depending on the importance of the thread.
5.3. Every non-'stickied' thread goes to the
scrapyard if nobody posts there within
a few weeks.
5.4. There are exceptions: the threads that are marked with
& symbols show that it will not go to the scrapyard, even if no one posts there.
6. Policy with other clans / not clan members
6.1. We are respectful towards everyone. Or mostly everyone. We don't insult/flame/troll people for fun, or without
reasonable case⁽³⁾. There is nothing wrong in trolling back if you got offended. All that stuff is okay if you are defending yourself imo. But only in that case.
(1) - ex-H&&& clan members - clan was originally founded by the following players: William, Xhiba, Cough, darkmax89, 8OJ4N, imapirate, Corster, thedarkblood, ChuckNinja, akiz95, BlueBird, iznogood, Smogard49, jeffbeck and snake ;p
(2) - definition for good skill - only improv. play style (no openers at all) and must be good in comebacks.
(3) - reasonable cases - if someone insults you or your clan in a way that you cannot ignore. Rare, but possible.
