My TB is trying to download files, everytime i reset TB it resets, I go freeplayer it starts downloading my stuff (even though its loaded in game) and when I got multiplayer the number gets bigger, and my not responding is more frequent

Did you try Reinstalling?

No not yet, tho I'd need to backup replays and stuff :c I was just wondering if there was a fix or if anyone else experiences the problem?

I fixed it,
The issue is within either Hibernation cache (means stop hibernating so much)
or a needed router restart because my one was acting slow
