Im not English , I wanted to know that a duel scam?

A duel scam is when two users agree to duel for prizes, but the one who loses refuses to send the items or tc they wagered.

For example, player A asks player B if they want to duel player B's Vampire Force against player A's 7k. They agree on the rules and choose a mod to play in, and play a few maches. Player B loses, and then refuses to send the Vampire Force. This is a duel scam.

Always take screenshots of your whole Toribash window, including the messages in which you agree on the rules (mods you play, amount of matches, etc) and prizes, before starting the matches. This way you will have proof if you were duel scammed. Hint: press the ` key on your keyboard to show more chat lines. You can also scroll through chat with PageUp/PageDown keys.
