You have to move your replays from Toribash 3.1 to Toribash 3.2.
Your joints and stuff will upload slowly, be patient.

Yeah I had a similar problem... I can see my joints, but not my head texture.

I'm going to stay with 3.1 until the shader is fixed .

Just play on multi-player for a while, letting it update your custom folder, and item.dat. There, problem solved?

shaders dont work in 3.2 but they do in 3.1... for me anyways...
