I can't remember them because they were very weird. But you can trust me, I've seen very strange rules to join clans. Not only in toribash.
But why would you want rules like uniforming. Just scares people away you'd might like to join. Or you'd make people feel bad because they are forced to wear a set of joints they probably don't want to wear all the time.
