Ahh, barometric pressure interference.

Very rare indeed. I suggest soaking your cats in pickle brine three times a day. Although this will not stop them from exploding, it will help lessen the horrible smell of exploded feline. Unfortunately there is no scientific cure for this kind of interference. Although some witch doctors suggest that simply not throwing sausages into flower pots will remove the problem. Pfft, fat chance, my flower pots NEED sausage, I'm sure yours do as well. Sorry for your cats.

Same thing happens if you have a guitar it starts making staticy/odd noises because the pickups are getting the the signals if its really close to a computer

Being an electronics technician/specialist, I'm not sure thats quite the accurate response. But it does sound good enough.

Besides, one day my PC was randomly playing CB trucker talk through the PC speaker. So, I suspect gnomes.

Though, if you throw the flower pot into the sausage, it provides enough of a delay in the explosion of the cat to duck. No, literally, you have to get a duck.
