You weren't stiff or symmetric but it really looked like you were struggling to DM Uke.
The hits didn't have a that much power and the hits didn't look really good either.
Try not to flop around the place, unless you can do it stylishly.

Don't let idiots put you off, listen to what you are doing wrong (take DeeJayy's post for example), work on that and become better. You'll see improvements in no time
Oh and next time, use the edit button on the bottom of your post, click "Go Advanced" and then upload the next replay. It makes things much more organised and helps people view all your replays.
