I have bought all 17 items for the Typhon full color set, but still, 2 days later, I did not get the achievement for it. I have also noticed that the qi I actually have did not get updated onto the banner/image thing that shows the win % and other stuff... Any suggestions?

The achievement system is broken. you need the full colour set and the unpacked pack at the same time to recieve it

Hey buddy! Yeah, the achievements are broken and have been for some while now. The last thing you need is the actual set itself, which is kind of attainable but very, very useless.

Unfortunately, achievements will not be fixed anytime soon.

As for the player card with all your win/lose ratio and all that, It seems to be working fine for me. Try clearing your cache for Toribash, then reload Toribash, login, and look at your card again. Should be right under the "shop" tab"
