As a red flame or a green flame you could change the color

There aren't currently any sort of "effects" in the game, besides flames.

There's no specific spot for eyes. So it would not work.

I agree with junai, texture creators would all have to use the same spots for eyes which would be an unneeded hassle (if people even liked this effect), I also think that the game has been ruined visually with 3d objects and huge disturbing flames (i know you can easily turn em off) and nothing else is needed unless the majority of the community wants something.

Well, thanks for responding, it was just an idea I did not know it was so complicated to do

I still think it would be a fine idea, but as said not everyone puts eyes in same place, but with effects like flames, can't you adjust where they are at, or not?

Like I mentioned, it would be difficult, but you could most likely create this with flames.

Flames are pretty much just particle generators. Just have to find a way to focus them around the eye area.
