Look into getting Sony Vegas 8.0 or 9.0, it's the best and most commonly used program for video-makers. Moop uses it for all of his videos.

If you have windows search in your desktop (or hard disk) for a Program called: Windows Movie Maker. Its sort of good and easy to use.

It probally isn't. Put in a little bit of research and you'll find a half decent piece of freeware editing software.

To be honest with you, I'm not sure if you're going to find any good quality video editing software that's free.
Sony Vegas costs money, you can use the trial version though I believe.
