This is a really cool opportunity. I haven't much played with C++, but I plan on getting into that very soon.

Just a question, but what is the average pay for one of these developers?

I would like to be one. One question tho. Do you really need 5years of experience with C++ to be a toribash developer? I am strong in math. Wish I could be one but can't. This seems very cool tho.

of course you get paid. You think that you're gonna spend 20/40 hours a week coding for nothing?

Paid job.

I'll update the main post to clarify this.
How is a dev paid? Is it through a paypal account or is it through some sort of mail and check system?

Most likely through PayPal, but I do not exactly know.

I do wish I was old enough to learn this program, and have the experience to qualify :|

Well, there is always me applying in about 10 years for this :/
