2.Any distance
3.No assistance from Uke
4.No multilayer replays

Competition will be judjed on the fastest 360 degree flip. There may be more than one flip being judged in one replay.

Is it fastest to do a flip (start of bout to full rotation)
Or beginning of flip to end of flip (fastest rotation)?
