Again, as everyone's said so far, the achievements are broken. It was likely randomly triggered (or even triggered by an incorrect function) or triggered by a developer as a test. There's currently no confirmed cause as to who/what triggered the achievement, and there likely never will be.

So seriously, until the achievements are overhauled I recommend not even looking in their direction. There's no telling why anything actually happens (or doesn't happen) with them.
