According to the screenshot, you missed the reward on the 30th, that's why it reset. It's labelled as the 31st since it runs on forum time instead of your time, and it's the 31st of May on the forum times.

The time is not by your timezone it is why wherever the forum is set to. GMT -1

You could claim a reward at 11:50 PM forum time. Then claim the next one in 11 minutes.
