When is the exact end date for this council member(s) recruitment?

We haven't set one yet. This is more of a "apply and we'll judge you individually" type of thread, we won't be accepting the best user, we will be accepting all the good ones.

It wont be announced, council members are anonymous, so announcing that you applied does 'affect your chances'. It'll most likely take no more than 3ish weeks to discuss. Those who get in will know.

Council apps don't really close, though it can be easier to get in when we're low on members.
